Ask ten Americans what a vaporizer is and you will get three answers: the Vicks steam unit in the sick room, the personal steam inhaler for a sinus infection, and the dry-herb device a friend will not stop talking about. All three are sold on box claims nobody checks: gallons per day measured in a sealed lab, "whisper quiet" with no decibel figure, coverage numbers that assume a room with no doors. So that is the job. For every unit we rank, we pin the numbers down: verified output, real tank life, noise beside a bed, how hard it is to keep clean, and what it costs to run. Then we rank, using a methodology we publish in full.

On independence: Vapor Reviews is funded by affiliate commissions on some of the links we publish. Brands cannot buy a placement, a verdict, or a kinder review; rankings are set before monetization is ever considered, and a product with no affiliate relationship outranks one with a deal whenever it earns it. The dry-herb devices we cover are not even sold on Amazon; we link you to the maker and earn nothing on the click, because the ranking is the point.
